RespiraCare Online is a web portal for people living with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). It supports remote monitoring, logging symptoms and vitals, and staying in touch with your care team so you can manage your condition with fewer trips when appropriate.
The platform is intended for patients enrolled with our clinic and authorised clinical staff. If you have been given login details by our clinic, you can sign in to access your dashboard. If you are unsure whether you are registered, contact your clinician or use our contact page.
Press the Login button located at the top right of your screen. Enter the username and password provided by your care team. If you cannot sign in or have forgotten your credentials, contact your clinic administrator as password resets are handled securely by staff.
You can log all your necessary vitals from your lung function tests, symptoms, and related information so your clinicians can review trends over time. Your doctor will tell you what to record and how often.
Health information is treated seriously. Access is limited to authenticated users only, your data is encrypted in transit, and only your assigned clinician and authorised clinic staff can view your records.
Once logged in, select Book Appointment from the sidebar. Choose your preferred date and available time slot. If your assigned clinician is unavailable, you may book with an alternative clinician at the clinic. You will receive a confirmation once your booking is accepted.
For general enquiries, use Contact Us located at the bottom or top of the page. If you have urgent breathing difficulties or a medical emergency, call 000 — do not rely on this website for emergency care.
